Attended Soft Opening for Paris West - “France Meets the West” Cuisine

My wife and I were invited to attend the soft opening of Cheyenne’s new restaurant Paris West. The food was fantastic. They said it was a “France meets the west” cuisine.My favorite was the cowboy grilled cheese. We look forward to the grand opening and dining there again. .
