American Legion Meetings in Pine Bluffs

I was blessed to be extended an invitation to speak before the American Legion Women’s Auxiliary on Monday, March 7th, and then speak at the general meeting of the American Legion on Wednesday, March 9th, in Pine Bluffs.

Both groups had a lot of great questions and I was again able to clear up misconceptions about how county government functions in relation to funding for the Sheriff’s Office. I continue to be amazed at how little the other candidates, who speak to the groups around the county, understand how things really work. Just one of the many reasons that I am the best choice for Laramie County Sheriff.

On a side note, the American Legion is celebrating its 103rd birthday this next week and I was honored to share in the festivities with the group on Wednesday. They even cut the cake with a military saber. Happy Anniversary American Legion!
